Learning Experience Designer (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and driven Learning Experience Designer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Instructional Design:
   • Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and objectives.
   • Design, develop, and implement engaging learning experiences using various instructional design methodologies.
   • Create storyboards, prototypes, and instructional materials that align with adult learning principles and best practices.
2. Learning Technology:
   • Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to deliver and track learning programs.
   • Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in learning design, recommending tools and approaches that enhance the learning experience.
   • Integrate multimedia elements (e.g., video, audio, simulations) into learning modules to promote interactive and experiential learning.
3. Assessment and Evaluation:
   • Develop assessment strategies to measure learner progress and the effectiveness of learning interventions.
   • Analyze feedback and data to continuously improve learning programs and instructional materials.
   • Conduct pilot testing of learning materials and refine them based on learner feedback.
4. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including curriculum developers, graphic designers, and technology specialists, to ensure cohesive and effective learning solutions.
   • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to promote understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.

5. Project Management:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related role, preferably in a corporate or higher education setting.
• Proficiency in using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas).
• Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and learner-centered design approaches.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual content.
