Key Responsibilities:
- Instructional Design:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and objectives.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging learning experiences using various instructional design methodologies.
- Create storyboards, prototypes, and instructional materials that align with adult learning principles and best practices.
- Learning Technology:
- Utilize learning management systems (LMS) and other digital tools to deliver and track learning programs.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in learning design, recommending tools and approaches that enhance the learning experience.
- Integrate multimedia elements (e.g., video, audio, simulations) into learning modules to promote interactive and experiential learning.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Develop assessment strategies to measure learner progress and the effectiveness of learning interventions.
- Analyze feedback and data to continuously improve learning programs and instructional materials.
- Conduct pilot testing of learning materials and refine them based on learner feedback.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including curriculum developers, graphic designers, and technology specialists, to ensure cohesive and effective learning solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to promote understanding of instructional design principles and methodologies.
- Maintain open lines of communication with team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals and timelines.
- Project Management:

- Maintain organized documentation for all projects, including design processes, feedback, and revisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field; Masterโs degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design or a related role, preferably in a corporate or higher education setting.
- Proficiency in using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia) and learning management systems (e.g., Moodle, Canvas).
- Strong understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM), and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and learner-centered design approaches.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) for creating visual content.
