📋 Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in learning technology implementation and consulting.
• Deep knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, or similar).
• Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LTI standards.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
• Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience interpreting learning data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
