๐ Learning Technology Strategy & Implementation
- Analyze organizational learning needs and recommend suitable learning technologies.
- Develop comprehensive strategies to integrate digital learning tools into existing programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
๐ Platform Management
- Oversee Learning Management Systems (LMS) and related platforms.
- Ensure systems are up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for learners and administrators.
- Evaluate new platforms and tools to enhance our digital learning ecosystem.
๐ Content Curation & Development
- Work closely with instructional designers to create engaging, tech-enabled learning content.
- Integrate interactive elements, gamification, and microlearning to enhance engagement.
- Ensure accessibility and inclusivity standards are met across all platforms.
๐ Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track learner engagement, performance, and program effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve learning outcomes and platform usability.
- Generate regular reports for leadership on technology impact.
๐ง Technical Support & Troubleshooting
- Serve as the primary technical contact for learning platforms.
- Resolve user issues, conduct regular system audits, and ensure seamless user experiences.
๐ Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in learning technology implementation and consulting.
- Deep knowledge of LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LTI standards.
- Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
- Solid project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting learning data.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
๐ Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโs degree in Learning Technology, Instructional Design, or similar.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or learning technology (ATD, CPTM).
- Familiarity with AI-powered learning solutions and adaptive learning technologies.
