Role Overview:
Naukri Mitra is seeking a talented and experienced Legal E-learning Developer to create dynamic, engaging, and informative training solutions for the legal sector. As a Legal E-learning Developer, you will design and develop e-learning modules tailored to the legal industry, including compliance training, legal skills development, and other related training content. You will work closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure that legal concepts are accurately and effectively communicated to a broad audience of legal professionals. This is a remote position, allowing you the flexibility to work from anywhere while creating impactful training solutions for the legal field.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-learning Course Development: Design and develop interactive e-learning modules, courses, and assessments tailored to the needs of legal professionals. These may include legal ethics, compliance, contracts, and case law.
• Instructional Design: Apply instructional design principles and best practices to create engaging, effective, and learner-centric content that meets the needs of legal professionals at various levels.
• Collaborating with Legal Experts: Work closely with legal subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of content. Simplify legal jargon for a broader understanding while maintaining the integrity of the material.
• Creating Engaging Learning Experiences: Develop multimedia-rich courses incorporating interactive elements such as quizzes, case studies, videos, and simulations to engage learners and enhance knowledge retention.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Integration: Upload and manage course materials within a Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring smooth integration, tracking of learner progress, and effective reporting.
• Compliance and Accreditation: Ensure all e-learning modules comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including continuing legal education (CLE) requirements where applicable.
• Quality Assurance and Feedback: Test e-learning modules for usability, technical functionality, and instructional quality. Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously improve course content and delivery.
• Course Updates and Revisions: Regularly update e-learning content to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices. Ensure all content remains current, accurate, and relevant to the target audience.
• Data Analytics and Reporting: Use LMS analytics to monitor learner progress and engagement, providing regular reports to stakeholders. Use data insights to identify areas for improvement in course design and delivery.
• Stay Current with Industry Trends: Stay abreast of developments in the legal industry and emerging e-learning technologies, tools, and techniques. Incorporate innovative approaches to ensure the e-learning content is forward-thinking and impactful.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Legal Studies, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing e-learning content, preferably within the legal industry or for legal professionals.
• Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and best practices, particularly for adult learners in a professional setting.
• Familiarity with legal concepts, terminology, and training requirements for the legal industry, including knowledge of compliance and ethics standards.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or other course delivery and tracking platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal information in a clear and accessible way.
• Attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality, error-free content.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• A Master’s degree or certifications in Instructional Design, E-learning Development, or a related field.
• Experience creating legal compliance training or continuing legal education (CLE) modules.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and experience designing learning experiences for legal professionals.
• Familiarity with video production and multimedia editing tools to enhance e-learning content.
• Experience in using gamification or other interactive learning methods to enhance engagement and knowledge retention.
