Primary Purpose
As an LMS Administrator, you will be the primary custodian of our Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring it runs smoothly, meets the organization's evolving needs, and delivers a seamless learning experience.

LMS System Administration
- ✅ Configure, manage and maintain the Learning Management System to align with organizational needs.
- ✅ Oversee system updates, enhancements, and version upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to learners.
- ✅ Manage LMS roles, permissions, and user access to ensure a secure learning environment.
- ✅ Optimize system settings for best performance, usability, and learner engagement.
User Management & Support
- ✅ Create and manage user accounts, learning paths, and group enrollments.
- ✅ Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues promptly.
- ✅ Monitor user engagement and generate reports to track learning completion and participation.
- ✅ Provide training and ongoing support to employees and managers on LMS navigation and features.
Content Management
- ✅ Upload, organize, and maintain learning content such as courses, assessments, and resources.
- ✅ Ensure content is appropriately tagged, searchable, and accessible to relevant users.
- ✅ Collaborate with L&D teams to ensure timely content updates and launches.
- ✅ Test content compatibility to ensure seamless performance across devices and browsers.
Data Analysis & Reporting

🛠️ Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Information Systems, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 📊 Minimum 3 years’ experience administering enterprise-level LMS platforms in a corporate or educational environment.
Technical Proficiency
- 🖥️ Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, Moodle, Blackboard, or similar).
- 🛠️ Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including a basic understanding of SCORM, xAPI, AICC, and other learning standards.
- 🔐 Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO), system integrations, and API usage is preferred.
