Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Career Counseling and Guidance:

2. Assessment and Evaluation:

   • Continuously assess clients' progress and adjust strategies to meet their evolving needs.
3. Job Search Support:
   • Assist clients in crafting effective resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to their career goals.
   • Guide job search techniques, including networking, interviewing, and leveraging online job boards.
   • Share insights on industry trends, employer expectations, and emerging career opportunities.
4. Workshops and Group Sessions:
   • Design and deliver virtual workshops on career development topics such as interview preparation, workplace skills, and professional branding.
   • Facilitate group counseling sessions to address common career challenges and foster peer learning.
   • Develop engaging and interactive materials to enhance workshop effectiveness.
5. Resource Development and Sharing:

Skills and Qualifications:
