About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Monitoring and Auditing

- Training and Education

- Reporting and Documentation
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for senior management, highlighting key findings, risks, and recommendations.

- Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards and is readily accessible for audits or inspections.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with legal, finance, HR, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to compliance.
- Serve as a point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and guide teams on best practices.
- Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulators and consultants, to address compliance matters.
- Technology and Systems Management
- Utilize compliance management software and tools to streamline workflows and reporting.
- Evaluate and recommend digital solutions to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of compliance processes.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance in alignment with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Educational Background: A bachelorโs degree in business administration, law, compliance, or a related field. A masterโs degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRISC) is advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance management, regulatory affairs, or a related role, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including GDPR, HIPAA, or SOX, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in compliance management software, data analytics tools, and basic project management applications.
