Job Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Online Corporate Skills Trainer to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for a passionate professional who delivers high-quality training programs to corporate clients. The successful candidate will design, develop, and deliver engaging training content that enhances the skills and competencies of employees across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:
   • Design and develop comprehensive training materials and programs tailored to the needs of corporate clients.
   • Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and interactive content, including presentations, e-learning modules, and assessments.
   • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the training content remains relevant and practical.
2. Training Delivery:
   • Conduct virtual training sessions and workshops using various online platforms and tools.
   • Employ effective instructional techniques to engage participants and facilitate their learning process.
   • Adapt training approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
3. Client Engagement and Support:
   • Collaborate with corporate clients to understand their training needs and objectives.
   • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the training process, including answering queries and addressing concerns.
   • Gather feedback from participants and clients to continuously improve training programs and delivery methods.
4. Evaluation and Reporting:
   • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, assessments, and performance metrics.
   • Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes, including participant progress, areas for improvement, and overall program success.
   • Analyze feedback and data to make data-driven recommendations for enhancing training content and delivery.
5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Engage in professional development activities to stay current with emerging trends and technologies in corporate training.
   • Incorporate new tools and techniques into training programs to enhance participant engagement and learning outcomes.
   • Share best practices and insights with team members to contribute to the overall growth and effectiveness of the training department.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:
   • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification in instructional design or corporate training is a plus.
2. Experience:
   • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a corporate trainer, instructional designer, or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering successful training programs.
   • Proven experience in designing and facilitating online training sessions and workshops.
3. Skills and Competencies:
   • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and engagingly.
   • Strong proficiency in online training platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
   • Ability to develop interactive and engaging training materials using various software applications.
   • Demonstrated ability to analyze training needs and tailor programs to meet specific objectives.
   • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
