Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Online Diversity Program Manager to lead and enhance our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across our digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Development and Management:
   • Design, implement, and manage online diversity programs and initiatives that align with organizational goals and values.
   • Develop and oversee online training modules, webinars, and virtual workshops aimed at increasing awareness and understanding of DEI issues.
   • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and initiatives through metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution:
   • Collaborate with senior leadership to create a strategic plan for advancing DEI objectives through digital platforms.
   • Identify opportunities for integrating DEI principles into online content, including social media, blogs, and virtual events.
   • Stay informed about current trends and best practices in DEI and online program management to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of these areas.
3. Content Creation and Management:
   • Develop and manage engaging online content that supports DEI initiatives, including written articles, video content, and interactive materials.
   • Ensure all digital content is culturally sensitive, inclusive, and representative of diverse perspectives.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including employees, community organizations, and industry partners.
   • Facilitate online forums and discussion groups to gather input and feedback on DEI efforts, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
   • Analyze data related to program participation, engagement, and impact to assess the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.
   • Prepare and present detailed reports on program outcomes, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
6. Training and Support:
   • Provide training and support to employees and other stakeholders on DEI best practices and the use of online tools and resources.
   • Offer guidance and resources to help teams and individuals integrate DEI principles into their daily work and interactions.
7. Compliance and Best Practices:
   • Ensure all online DEI programs and practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
   • Promote best practices in DEI program management, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in diversity and inclusion program management, with a focus on online or digital platforms.
• Demonstrated knowledge of DEI principles, best practices, and current trends in the field.
• Proven experience in developing and managing online training and engagement programs.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and facilitate engaging virtual discussions.
• Proficiency in using online platforms and tools for content creation, program management, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating self-motivation and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification or training in DEI, project management, or related areas.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Multilingual abilities or experience working with diverse populations.

Working Conditions:
