Conduct confidential individual and group therapy sessions via video calls, chat, and phone

Offer short-term solution-focused therapy for workplace-related challenges, stress, anxiety, and personal concerns

Assess employees' mental health conditions, determine appropriate interventions, and create personalized support plans

Deliver crisis intervention services for employees facing urgent psychological distress

Apply evidence-based counseling techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices

๐ Educational Qualifications & Certifications

๐ Additional training in trauma-informed care, workplace mental health, or digital counseling is a plus
