Position Overview:
We seek an experienced and motivated Online Employee Training Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Management:
- Design and develop engaging, effective, and comprehensive online training programs that align with organizational objectives and employee needs.
- Utilize instructional design principles and best practices to create high-quality training content, including e-learning modules, webinars, and interactive activities.
- Continuously assess and update training materials to ensure relevance and effectiveness, incorporating feedback from participants and stakeholders.
- Training Delivery:
- Manage the delivery of online training programs, ensuring smooth execution and high participant engagement.
- Facilitate virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars, providing clear instructions and support to participants.
- Use various online platforms and tools to enhance the learning experience and track progress.
- Needs Assessment and Analysis:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and skill gaps within the organization.
- Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
- Analyze training data and feedback to evaluate program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Technology and Tools Management:
- Oversee the selection and management of online training platforms, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure the integration of training programs with existing systems and tools, maintaining consistency and usability.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in online learning to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
- Track expenditures and provide regular updates on budget status and financial performance related to training activities.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterโs degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, focusing on online or virtual training programs. Proven track record in designing, implementing, and managing effective training initiatives.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and e-learning best practices.
- Proficiency with online training platforms and tools (e.g., Learning Management Systems, webinar software).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

- Technical Requirements:
