Key Responsibilities:
- Grant Reporting:
- Develop and prepare comprehensive grant reports for submission to funders, ensuring all reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with grant agreements and guidelines.
- Review and analyze grant performance data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for reporting purposes.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and update grant management systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Track and document all grant-related activities, including financial expenditures and programmatic outcomes.
- Perform regular audits of grant data to ensure compliance with reporting requirements and identify discrepancies.
- Compliance and Documentation:
- Ensure that all grant reports adhere to funder guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of grant agreements, amendments, and correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of supporting documentation for audits and other external reviews.
- Communication and Collaboration:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for grant reporting inquiries from funders, internal stakeholders, and external partners.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in grant management, grant reporting, or a similar role. Experience with online grant reporting systems is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in grant management software and reporting tools.
