Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Online Health Program Director to lead and manage our virtual health programs. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of digital health initiatives and program management and a passion for improving health outcomes through innovative online solutions. As the online health Program Director, you will oversee our online health programs' strategic development, implementation, and evaluation and ensure they meet the highest quality, engagement, and efficacy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning and Development:
   • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for online health programs, aligning with the organization's mission and goals.
   • Conduct needs assessments and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital health.
   • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and refine program objectives, content, and delivery methods.
2. Program Management:
   • Oversee the day-to-day operations of online health programs, ensuring they are delivered effectively and efficiently.
   • Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful implementation and sustainability.
   • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technology, marketing, and healthcare professionals, to support program goals.
3. Quality Assurance and Evaluation:
   • Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to measure program effectiveness, participant satisfaction, and health outcomes.
   • Analyze data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions to enhance program quality.
   • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in digital health.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
   • Lead and mentor a team of program coordinators, content developers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
   • Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.
   • Facilitate regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure alignment with program objectives.
5. Stakeholder Engagement:
   • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, partners, and participants.
   • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote online health programs and share insights.
   • Address stakeholder inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
6. Technology Integration:
   • Collaborate with IT and technology teams to ensure the effective implementation and maintenance of digital health platforms and tools.
   • Stay current with advancements in health technology and digital tools, integrating innovative solutions into program offerings.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure a seamless user experience for program participants.
7. Content Development and Curation:
   • Oversee creating and curating high-quality educational and training materials for online health programs.
   • Ensure content is evidence-based, up-to-date, and relevant to the needs of participants.
   • Work with subject matter experts to develop engaging and practical program content.
8. Marketing and Outreach:
   • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote online health programs and increase participant engagement.
   • Monitor and analyze marketing efforts to assess their effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, focusing on online or digital health programs.
• Proven track record of successful program development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Experience with digital health technologies, platforms, and tools.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive program improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
