Online HR Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Salary: $78,200 per annum
Position Overview:
We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Online HR Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this remote position, you will critically analyze and interpret human resources data to drive strategic decisions and improve organizational effectiveness. You will work closely with HR leaders and other stakeholders to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection and Management:
- Gather and compile HR-related data from various sources, including HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and employee surveys.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by performing regular data quality checks.
- Develop and maintain databases and data management systems to streamline data collection processes.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to employee performance, turnover, recruitment, and compensation.
- Create and deliver detailed reports and visualizations that effectively communicate findings and support data-driven decision-making.
- Utilize statistical techniques and data modeling to forecast HR metrics and predict future trends.
- Support HR Decision-Making:
- Collaborate with HR teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support for strategic initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction analysis to inform HR strategies and interventions.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and policies.
- Tool and Technology Utilization:
- Leverage advanced analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI) to conduct analyses and generate reports.
- Stay up-to-date with HR technologies and data analytics trends to continuously improve data analysis processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data analysis tools and systems.
- Data Integrity and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and organizational policies when handling sensitive employee information.
- Implement and adhere to best practices for data security and privacy.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with HR professionals, managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
- Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Participate in meetings and contribute to discussions on HR strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in HR or data analysis are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, HR Analyst, or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR metrics and data analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting.
- Practical communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices in data security and privacy.
