Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Online HR Technology Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. As an Online HR Technology Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing our HR technology platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in HR systems and data analytics who is passionate about leveraging technology to enhance HR operations and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Systems Management:
    • Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of HR technology systems, including Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Ensure systems are integrated effectively with other business applications and technologies.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support HR decision-making and strategic planning.
    • Conduct regular analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
    • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance HR processes and strategies.
  3. System Optimization and Enhancement:
    • Continuously assess and improve HR technology processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for system enhancements and implement best practices.
    • Manage system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations in collaboration with IT and vendor partners.
  4. User Support and Training:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for HR technology-related inquiries and issues.
    • Provide training and support to HR team members and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
    • Develop and maintain user guides and training materials.
  5. Project Management:
    • Lead and manage HR technology projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
  6. Compliance and Security:
    • Ensure HR technology systems comply with relevant data privacy regulations and security standards.
    • Implement and monitor security measures to safeguard sensitive HR data.
  7. Vendor Management:
    • Manage relationships with HR technology vendors and service providers.
    • Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts to ensure alignment with organizational needs and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR technology, with a focus on HRIS, ATS, and LMS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficiency in HR technology platforms and tools, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing such systems.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices related to HR technology.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of productivity and organization.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in a global HR environment and managing multi-country HR technology solutions.
