Overview:
We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Online HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. This remote position is ideal for a professional with a strong Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) background who is adept at managing HR software, analyzing data, and enhancing HR system functionalities. As an HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, accuracy, and overall effectiveness of our HRIS operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HRIS Management:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
- Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the HRIS system, coordinating with IT and software vendors as needed.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop, generate, and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR decision-making processes.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights into HR metrics and KPIs.
- System Enhancements:
- Evaluate and recommend HRIS system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for system upgrades and modifications.
- Participate in the testing and implementation of new system features and updates.
- User Support and Training:
- Provide technical support and guidance to HR staff and other system users.
- Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to ensure effective use of the HRIS system.
- Serve as the point of contact for user queries and system-related issues.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and leverage the HRIS system to automate and enhance workflows.
- Collaborate with HR team members to standardize procedures and ensure consistency across all HR functions.
- Document and maintain detailed procedures and best practices for HRIS operations.
- Compliance and Data Security:
- Ensure that HRIS data handling practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor system access and usage to protect sensitive employee information.
- Stay informed about changes in HRIS technology and data protection regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Project Management:
- Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects like system implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in a similar analyst role.
- Strong proficiency with HRIS software and tools, including system configuration, data management, and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including creating and interpreting complex reports and dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data protection laws and best practices in HRIS data management.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with specific HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors) is highly desirable.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL or other data query languages.
