Overview:

We seek a detail-oriented and experienced Online HRIS Analyst to join our dynamic HR team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. HRIS Management:
    • Administer and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
    • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal policies.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the HRIS system, coordinating with IT and software vendors as needed.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Develop, generate, and distribute standard and ad-hoc reports to support HR decision-making processes.
    • Analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
    • Create and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights into HR metrics and KPIs.
  3. System Enhancements:
    • Evaluate and recommend HRIS system enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience.
    • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements for system upgrades and modifications.
    • Participate in the testing and implementation of new system features and updates.
  4. User Support and Training:
    • Provide technical support and guidance to HR staff and other system users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS systems, preferably in a similar analyst role.
  • Strong proficiency with HRIS software and tools, including system configuration, data management, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis, including creating and interpreting complex reports and dashboards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of data protection laws and best practices in HRIS data management.
