About the Role:
We seek an experienced and dynamic Online Leadership Development Facilitator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leadership development with a proven track record of facilitating engaging and effective training programs. As an Online Leadership Development Facilitator, you will design, deliver, and evaluate online leadership training programs tailored to aย diverse audience of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Training Programs:
- Create comprehensiveย online leadership development programs that cater to various organizational leadership levels, including emerging leaders, mid-level managers, and senior executives.
- Develop course content, including video lectures, interactive activities, and supplementary materials, ensuring that all materials are engaging, informative, and aligned with best practices in leadership development.
- Facilitate Online Training Sessions:
- Lead live online training sessions and webinars, using various digital tools and platforms to deliver content effectively.
- Various instructional techniques, such as discussions, case studies, role-playing, and group exercises, can accommodate different learning styles.
- Foster an inclusive and interactive learning environment that encourages participation and engagement from all attendees.
- Assess and Evaluate Training Effectiveness:
- Design and implement assessment tools, such as quizzes, surveys, and feedback forms, to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyze participant feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to enhance program quality and impact.
- Provide detailed reports on training outcomes and progress to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for development.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders:
- Work closely with organizational leaders and HR departments to understand their leadership development needs and goals.
- Customize training programs based on stakeholder feedback and organizational objectives, ensuring that programs address relevant challenges and opportunities.
- Maintain open communication with clients and stakeholders throughout training to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Stay Current with Leadership Trends:
- Continuously update and refine training content to incorporate the latest trends, research, and best practices in leadership development.
- Attend professional development workshops, conferences, and webinars to stay informed about emerging trends and techniques in online learning and leadership training.
- Manage Course Administration:
- Oversee the administration of online courses, including scheduling sessions, managing participant enrollment, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Ensure all course materials are uploaded and accessible on the learning management system (LMS) and that technical support is available for participants.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and course evaluations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelorโs degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterโs degree or relevant certifications in leadership development or instructional design is preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in leadership development or training facilitation, focusing on online or virtual training environments. Proven experience in designing and delivering engaging online training programs.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of leadership principles, theories, and practices.
- Proficiency in using online training platforms, such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar tools.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve training effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
