Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Leadership Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or similar role, focusing on virtual training environments.
• Exceptional knowledge of leadership theories, team dynamics, and organizational behavior.
• Proficiency in using online training platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex) and e-learning software (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
