Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Design and Development:
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and objectives.
- Develop comprehensive training materials, including interactive content, multimedia presentations, and assessments.
- Ensure that training programs are aligned with organizational goals and comply with industry standards and best practices.
- Utilize instructional design methodologies to create effective and engaging online courses.
- Online Course Delivery:
- Facilitate live online training sessions using various digital platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx).
- Employ various instructional techniques, including webinars, virtual workshops, and e-learning modules.
- Engage participants through interactive activities, discussions, and hands-on exercises.
- Provide clear and concise explanations of complex concepts to ensure understanding and retention.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Design and implement assessments to measure the effectiveness of training programs and participants' progress.
- Gather feedback from participants to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.
- Analyze training metrics and data to assess the impact of training on performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay current with emerging trends, technologies, and online learning and development best practices.
- Incorporate feedback and industry advancements into training programs to enhance relevance and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and support the overall growth of the training function.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with managers and department heads to understand training needs and align programs accordingly.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on how to apply new skills and knowledge in their roles.
- Act as a consultant to various departments to address learning and development challenges and provide solutions.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and assessment results.
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and effectiveness to stakeholders.
- Manage scheduling and logistics for online training sessions, ensuring a smooth and professional delivery experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Masterโs degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Learning and Development Trainer, Instructional Designer, or similar role, with a strong focus on online learning.
- In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and online learning technologies.
- Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and online collaboration tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote work environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in creating and delivering training for various levels of employees, from entry-level to senior management.
- Familiarity with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate) and graphic design software.
- Certification in instructional design, adult learning theory, or related fields is highly desirable.
- Experience with multicultural and global audiences, with an understanding of diverse learning needs and styles.
