Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Learning and Development Trainer, Instructional Designer, or similar role, with a strong focus on online learning.
  • In-depth knowledge of instructional design principles and online learning technologies.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and online collaboration tools.
