Job Description:

As an Online Learning Consultant, you will design, develop, and implement comprehensive online learning strategies tailored to clients' needs. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the learning solutions meet organizational goals and provide engaging and effective educational experiences. This role requires a potent blend of instructional design expertise, project management skills, and familiarity with the latest e-learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Needs Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand the training requirements of clients.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and outcomes.
• Instructional Design:
  • Design and develop innovative and interactive online learning modules, courses, and programs.
  • Utilize principles of instructional design to create engaging and learner-centric content.
• E-Learning Development:
  • Develop content using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.
  • Incorporate multimedia elements, including videos, graphics, and interactive activities, to enhance learning experiences.
• Learning Management Systems (LMS):
  • Manage and maintain courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas.
  • Guide clients on LMS implementation, customization, and optimization.
• Training and Facilitation:
  • Conduct virtual training sessions, webinars, and workshops to support the implementation of learning programs.
  • Facilitate learning experiences that cater to diverse audiences, including corporate teams and educators.
• Evaluation and Feedback:
  • Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of learning programs.
  • Analyze feedback and performance data to improve content and delivery methods continuously.
• Project Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, graphic designers, and developers.
• Technology Integration:
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in e-learning technology and recommend tools that enhance program effectiveness.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence, gamification, and other advanced features into learning solutions where appropriate.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in e-learning, instructional design, or project management are an advantage.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering successful online learning programs.
• Technical Proficiency:
  • Expertise in e-learning authoring tools and multimedia production.
  • Strong knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM compliance.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools to measure learning outcomes.
• Creativity and Innovation:
  • Ability to design creative and engaging learning experiences that align with adult learning principles.
  • Strong visual design skills and attention to detail.
• Communication Skills:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts.
