Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Learning Manager to lead the development and management of our online learning programs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating e-learning solutions that enhance our educational offerings and meet the needs of our diverse learner population. This is a full-time remote position with a competitive annual salary of $172,932.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program Development and Management:
    • Design and develop comprehensive online learning programs, including curricula, instructional materials, and multimedia content.
    • Oversee the full lifecycle of online courses, from initial planning and design to implementation and evaluation.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and instructional designers to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
  2. Strategic Planning:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans for online learning initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
    • Identify emerging trends in e-learning and technology to ensure our programs remain current and innovative.
    • Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve course offerings and instructional strategies.
  3. Technology Integration:
    • Evaluate, select, and implement learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning tools.
