Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Design: Develop e-learning modules and materials that align with learning objectives, balancing pedagogical effectiveness and user engagement.
• Content Development: Create interactive, multimedia-rich learning content, including videos, simulations, assessments, and activities tailored to diverse audiences and learning needs.
• Curriculum Design: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and structure curricula that meet academic and corporate training goals.
• Learning Management System (LMS) Integration: Design and integrate courses into LMS platforms, ensuring seamless navigation, functionality, and compliance with technical standards.
• A User-Centric Approach involves Conducting learner analysis to understand target audiences and customizing learning experiences to suit their varying proficiency levels and backgrounds.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards across deliverables.
• Evaluation and Feedback: Design mechanisms to assess learning outcomes, gather feedback, and iterate on content to improve learning effectiveness.
• Technology and Innovation: Stay abreast of advancements in e-learning technologies and methodologies, incorporating cutting-edge tools and practices into design processes.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, graphic designers, and educators, to ensure cohesive and compelling learning solutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or a related role.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing online learning solutions for academic, corporate, or non-profit sectors.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or similar).
  • Knowledge of graphic design and multimedia editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Understanding of HTML5, SCORM, and other e-learning standards.
• Pedagogical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, or Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Soft Skills:
