Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of marketing data from various sources, including Google Analytics, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing metrics.
- Perform in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness, ROI, and overall impact on business objectives.
- Campaign Performance Evaluation:
- Monitor and assess the performance of online marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media initiatives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in campaign data and provide actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate analysis to determine the most effective strategies and tactics.
- Strategic Recommendations:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop data-driven strategies and tactics for optimizing online marketing efforts.
- Provide recommendations for improving website user experience, conversion rates, and overall digital presence.
- Analyze customer behavior and segmentation to support targeted marketing initiatives and personalization strategies.
- Data Visualization and Communication:
- Create clear and visually appealing data visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders at various levels.
- Present analytical results and recommendations concisely and compellingly, tailored to different audiences.
- Tool and Technology Management:
- To perform data analysis and reporting, utilize advanced analytical tools and technologies, including SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging online marketing and data analysis technologies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment between data analysis and business objectives.
- Support and guidance on data-related inquiries and projects to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting.
- Perform regular data audits and validation to maintain high-quality data standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a data analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on online marketing and digital analytics.
- Proficiency in analytical tools and software, such as Google Analytics, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
