Overview:

As an Online Performance Evaluation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and enhancing the effectiveness of online learning and digital platforms. Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
   • Develop and implement performance evaluation frameworks for online platforms, including e-learning modules, webinars, and digital content.
   • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to user engagement, learning outcomes, and system functionality.
   • Analyze data from various sources, including user surveys, platform analytics, and performance reports, to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
2. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards to present findings to stakeholders, including management and instructional designers.
   • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to enhance user experience and platform effectiveness.
   • Maintain comprehensive documentation of evaluation processes, methodologies, and findings.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with instructional designers, content developers, and technical teams to understand their objectives and performance needs.
   • Facilitate regular meetings and discussions with stakeholders to review performance metrics and strategize on improvements.
   • Communicate complex data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
4. Tool and System Utilization:
   • Utilize performance evaluation tools and software to collect and analyze data, including Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analytics platforms.

5. Continuous Improvement:
   • Identify best practices and industry standards for online performance evaluation and apply them to enhance evaluation processes.

6. Quality Assurance:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Education, Data Science, Business Analytics, or Information Technology.
• Proven experience in performance evaluation, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably within online learning or digital platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools and platforms, such as Excel, Google Analytics, LMS, and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data findings clearly and effectively.
• Experience with remote work and managing tasks independently in a virtual environment.
