Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and assess the quality of leads based on pre-defined criteria, ensuring alignment with the company's target market and business goals.
- Outreach & Engagement:
- Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies to engage potential leads through email, social media, and other digital channels.
- Craft compelling messages that resonate with the specific needs and pain points of the target audience.
- Maintain consistent communication with leads to build and nurture relationships, keeping them engaged throughout the sales funnel.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activities, interactions, and lead data within the company's CRM system.
- Track and analyze the performance of prospecting efforts, providing regular reports on key metrics such as response rates, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Use data insights to refine and improve prospecting strategies and processes continuously.
- Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams:
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads, providing detailed background information and context to facilitate the sales process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align prospecting efforts with ongoing campaigns and initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and branding.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and contribute to the overall strategy for business development.
- Market & Industry Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities to identify new opportunities for lead generation.

Qualifications:
- Education:
