Job Overview:

    • Monitor online platforms for performance metrics, usability, and functionality, providing actionable insights for improvement.
  2. Issue Identification and Resolution:
    • Analyze and document defects, inconsistencies, and issues found during testing, ensuring the findings are communicated to relevant stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with development and content teams to prioritize and resolve identified issues promptly.
    • Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to address recurring problems and enhance quality.
  3. Process Improvement:
    • Evaluate existing quality control processes and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in online quality control to ensure the application of cutting-edge techniques.
    • Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
  4. User Experience Evaluation:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role, preferably within the online or digital space.
  • Strong understanding of online platforms, web technologies, and digital content management.
  • Proficiency in quality control tools and software, such as bug-tracking and automated testing tools.
