Role Overview:
Naukri Mitra seeks an experienced and strategic Online Reward Strategy Consultant to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Reward Strategy Development: Collaborate with HR teams and business leaders to design comprehensive reward strategies aligned with organizational goals and talent retention objectives.
  • Market Research and Benchmarking: Conduct thorough market research to ensure competitive and equitable reward programs: benchmark salary, benefits, and incentive structures against industry standards to ensure competitiveness.
  • Compensation Design: I assist in creating compensation frameworks, including salary structures, bonus systems, and long-term incentive plans, that align with the companyโ€™s goals and industry best practices.
  • Benefit Analysis and Optimization: Analyze existing benefits programs and recommend improvements that enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being while ensuring cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
  • Recognition Programs: Develop and optimize employee recognition programs to drive motivation, performance, and retention. Ensure programs are aligned with the company culture and reward behaviors that contribute to organizational success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterโ€™s degree or certification in compensation and benefits (e.g., CCP) is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a reward strategy consultant, compensation and benefits manager, or similar role, with a strong understanding of reward management principles and best practices.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits structures, including base salary, incentives, bonuses, and employee benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess and interpret data, conduct market benchmarking, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Experience with designing and implementing recognition programs that drive employee motivation and engagement.
