Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to attract top talent for diverse roles across industries.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft tailored recruitment plans.
- To guide decision-making, stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Sourcing and Recruitment:
- To source qualified candidates, utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
- Candidate Relationship Management:

- Process Optimization:

Qualifications:
