Online Talent Evaluator (Remote)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Online Talent Evaluator to join our team in a remote capacity. As an Online Talent Evaluator, you will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the skills, qualifications, and overall potential of candidates applying for various roles. Your expertise will ensure that our hiring process remains fair, efficient, and aligned with the company's needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Candidate Assessment:
    • Review resumes, cover letters, and other application materials to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, and suitability for various roles.
    • Conduct initial screenings through online assessments and interviews to gauge candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
  2. Evaluation and Scoring:
    • Utilize standardized evaluation tools and scoring systems to objectively assess candidates' responses and performance.
    • Provide detailed and unbiased feedback on candidates' strengths, weaknesses, and overall fit for the role.
  3. Collaboration and Communication:
    • Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand specific job requirements and desired candidate profiles.
    • Communicate evaluation results and recommendations clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders.
  4. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of evaluations and candidate assessments.
    • Prepare detailed reports summarizing evaluation outcomes and providing actionable insights for decision-making.
  5. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in talent evaluation and assessment.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of evaluation criteria, tools, and processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the hiring process.
  6. Ethical and Legal Compliance:
    • Ensure that all evaluations are conducted in compliance with relevant legal and ethical standards, including data privacy and anti-discrimination laws.
    • Promote fairness and objectivity throughout the evaluation process.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Advanced degrees or certifications in talent assessment or a related area are a plus.
  • Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in talent evaluation, recruitment, or a related role. Experience in a remote work environment is preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to assess and interpret complex information.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
    • Proficiency in using online assessment tools and applicant tracking systems.
    • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.

Working Conditions:

Compensation:

  • The annual salary for this position is $102,007, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
