Job Overview:

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Online Talent Management Specialist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
    • Develop and execute online recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
    • Utilize various online platforms and tools (e.g., job boards, social media, and professional networks) to source and engage potential candidates.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, initial interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
    • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and best practices in talent acquisition and apply them to improve recruitment efforts.
  2. Candidate Experience:
    • Create a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
    • Develop and implement strategies to keep candidates informed and engaged, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
    • Collect and analyze candidate feedback to improve the recruitment process and candidate satisfaction.
  3. Talent Management:
    • Develop and implement talent management strategies to support employee development, performance, and retention.
    • Design and deliver virtual training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and career growth.
    • Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify talent gaps and create action plans for talent development and succession planning.
    • Monitor and analyze employee performance data to identify trends, address issues, and propose solutions for continuous improvement.
  4. Employer Branding:
    • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to create and promote a compelling employer brand online.
    • Develop and manage content for online platforms, including social media, blogs, and career pages, to attract and engage potential candidates.
    • Coordinate and participate in virtual career fairs, webinars, and other online events to enhance the companyโ€™s visibility and reputation as an employer.
  5. Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze key performance metrics related to recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
    • Prepare regular reports and presentations on recruitment and talent management activities, outcomes, and trends for senior management.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and recommendations for improving talent management strategies.
  6. Compliance and Best Practices:

Qualifications:

  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, as well as an advanced degree or certification in HR or talent management, is a plus.
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in talent acquisition, recruitment, and management, focusing on online platforms and tools.
  • Strong understanding of online recruitment strategies, social media, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR software, and other online recruitment and talent management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
