Role Overview:
As an Online Talent Scout, you will be pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and recruiting top-tier candidates for diverse industries. Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize online platforms, social networks, job boards, and other digital tools to identify and attract qualified candidates across various industries and job roles.
• Candidate Screening: We review resumes, portfolios, and applications to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles based on client requirements.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates by building strong professional relationships and engaging with passive talent.
• Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants, hiring managers, and client organizations to understand their unique needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
• Market Research: Stay informed about talent acquisition trends, industry shifts, and emerging recruitment tools to gain a competitive edge in scouting the best candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate virtual interviews, ensuring seamless communication between candidates and clients.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Brand Ambassador: Represent Naukri Mitra's values and vision while interacting with candidates, fostering trust and professionalism throughout recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, candidate evaluation, and industry-specific requirements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse professionals.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, ATS software, and social media platforms like LinkedIn.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess candidate potential beyond the resume.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven attitude.
• Familiarity with global hiring practices and diverse work cultures is a plus.
