Key Responsibilities:

    • Leverage advanced search techniques and tools to find candidates who meet specific qualifications and fit the organizational culture.
  2. Candidate Engagement:
    • Initiate and maintain relationships with potential candidates through personalized communication.
    • Engage with candidates via email, phone, and social media to assess their interest and fit for current and future opportunities.
    • Provide an exceptional candidate experience by being responsive, informative, and professional throughout the recruitment process.
  3. Recruitment Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruitment teams to understand their hiring needs and job requirements.
    • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract candidates with specialized skills or industry experience.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies and methodologies.
  4. Candidate Evaluation and Screening:
    • Review and evaluate resumes and application materials to identify top candidates.

    • Provide detailed candidate assessments and recommendations to hiring managers.
  5. Data Management and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities.

    • Use data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies.
  6. Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or a similar role, with a focus on online sourcing and candidate engagement.
  • Skills: Proficient in using online recruitment tools, social media platforms, and applicant tracking systems. Strong research and sourcing skills, with the ability to identify and engage with top talent.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence candidates and hiring managers.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track metrics, and use insights to improve recruitment strategies.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with various online sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, and others.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.

Salary:

  • The annual salary for this position is USD 74,000.
