About the Role:

We seek an experienced and highly motivated Online Training and Development Consultant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Needs Analysis:
   • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify training gaps and opportunities within organizations.

2. Curriculum and Content Development:
   • Design and develop engaging and interactive online training materials, including e-learning modules, webinars, and virtual workshops.
   • Ensure all training content aligns with organizational goals, industry standards, and best practices.
3. Instructional Design:
   • Apply instructional design principles to create effective and pedagogically sound training programs.
   • Use multimedia tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience and improve content delivery.
4. Implementation and Delivery:
   • Oversee the deployment of online training programs, ensuring smooth and effective implementation.
   • Use various online platforms and tools to facilitate live virtual training sessions, workshops, and webinars as needed.
5. Evaluation and Improvement:
   • Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess the effectiveness of training programs and learner outcomes.
   • Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve and refine training materials and delivery methods.
6. Consultation and Advisory:
   • Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on training and development strategies, best practices, and emerging trends.
   • Support clients in the adoption and integration of new training technologies and methodologies.
7. Project Management:
   • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
   • Develop project plans, set objectives, and track progress to ensure successful delivery of training initiatives.
8. Collaboration and Communication:
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and subject matter experts, to ensure training programs meet organizational needs.
   • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in online training and development, with a proven track record of designing and delivering successful e-learning programs.
• Strong expertise in instructional design methodologies and online learning platforms (e.g., LMS, virtual classrooms).
• Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum design, and training evaluation techniques.
• Proficiency in using multimedia tools and software to create interactive training content.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and opportunities.
