🎯 Key Responsibilities

✅ Curriculum Design & Development

• Create, refine, and update online training courses tailored to diverse learning needs.
• Utilize engaging instructional strategies, including gamification, microlearning, and interactive content.
• Develop assessments to measure learner progress and program effectiveness.

✅ Virtual Training Delivery

• Facilitate live virtual training sessions, ensuring high engagement and knowledge retention.
• Adapt content to meet the needs of different learning styles and abilities.
• Provide constructive feedback and support to learners throughout their training journey.

✅ Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), HR teams, and leadership to align training programs with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of learning solutions.

✅ Learning Analytics & Improvement

• Leverage data analytics to measure program effectiveness and continuously enhance training materials.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs.

• Utilize Learning Management Systems (LMS) to host, track, and evaluate training content.
• Identify and implement the latest e-learning tools to enhance training efficiency.

🌟 What You Bring to the Team

🔹 Educational Background & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in online training, learning & development, or instructional design.

🔹 Technical Skills

• Proficiency in LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia), and webinar software (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Experience with multimedia content creation and video editing is a plus!
