Online Training Coordinator

Position Overview:
We seek a motivated and experienced Online Training Coordinator to manage and oversee our online training programs' development, implementation, and maintenance. This remote position requires a detail-oriented professional passionate about education and technology who coordinates multiple projects and collaborates with diverse teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, project management, and e-learning platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Management:
- Design, develop, and implement online training programs and courses in alignment with organizational goals and learner needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and compelling content.
- Continuously evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Project Coordination:
- Coordinate the end-to-end process of online training projects, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of training programs.
- Track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
- E-Learning Platform Management:
- Oversee the administration of e-learning platforms, ensuring they are functioning effectively and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to learners and instructors.
- Stay updated with the latest e-learning technologies and trends to enhance the training experience.
- Content Creation and Review:
- Develop and curate instructional materials, including multimedia content, assessments, and interactive elements.
- Ensure all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with learning objectives.
- Review and revise existing training materials as needed to maintain quality and relevance.
- Learner Support and Engagement:
- Provide support and guidance to learners throughout their training journey.
- Monitor learner progress and performance, offering feedback and assistance as required.
- Facilitate online discussions, webinars, and other interactive learning activities to enhance engagement.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Design and implement assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyze learner feedback and performance data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present reports on training outcomes and recommendations for enhancement.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with internal teams, including HR, IT, and leadership, to align training initiatives with organizational needs.
- Foster a collaborative environment by communicating effectively with all stakeholders.
- Lead meetings and presentations to discuss training strategies, progress, and results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in online training coordination, instructional design, or e-learning development.
- Proficiency with e-learning platforms and tools (e.g., LMS, authoring tools, video conferencing software).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess and improve training programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in instructional design or e-learning development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate).
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Experience in a remote work environment and familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
Working Conditions:
