Key Responsibilities:

    • Create detailed storyboards, prototypes, and scripts that outline content, activities, and assessments.
  2. Content Development:
    • Research and analyze subject matter to ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Instructional Design, Education, e-Learning, or a related field. A Masterโ€™s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and online training development is required. Proven experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar is also required.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of instructional design models, such as ADDIE or SAM.
    • Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning authoring tools.
    • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with an eye for detail.
    • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging learning materials.
    • Familiarity with multimedia production, including video and graphic design, is desirable.
