Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Instructional Design and Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive online training programs that align with organizational objectives.
- Create instructional materials such as e-learning courses, videos, slide decks, and manuals.
- Utilize multimedia elements, including graphics, audio, and video, to enhance learning experiences.
- Needs Assessment and Analysis:
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine learning objectives and target audience requirements.
- Analyze feedback and performance data to improve training content and delivery.
- Content Creation and Curation:
- Write explicit, concise, and engaging content for training modules.
- Source and integrate relevant external resources like articles, videos, or case studies.
- Ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and reflective of industry best practices.
- E-Learning Platform Management:
- Upload and manage training content on Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ensure compatibility of content with various devices and platforms.
- Monitor and analyze user engagement and performance metrics to refine course delivery.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather insights and validate content.
- Partner with HR and training teams to align programs with company goals.
- Provide regular updates to management on project progress and effectiveness.
- Interactive Learning Experiences:
- Develop interactive elements, such as quizzes, simulations, and gamified modules, to boost learner engagement.

- Quality Assurance and Evaluation:
- Review and test training materials to ensure accuracy, functionality, and user-friendliness.

- Staying Current with Industry Trends:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in instructional design and e-learning technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in designing and developing online training programs.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
- Strong understanding of instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM standards.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creativity and innovation in developing engaging learning experiences.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in e-learning.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software is a plus.
