Job Summary

The Online Training Manager oversees and manages the company's online training programs to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality training to employees, customers, or external partners. This position involves developing, implementing, and maintaining e-learning initiatives while working closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities

  1. Training Program Development & Strategy
    • Design and implement a comprehensive online training strategy that supports organizational goals and employee development.

    • Ensure that all training materials, records, and user data are kept up to date and stored securely.

    • Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop and maintain a library of online training materials, including video tutorials, webinars, written guides, and quizzes.
    • Ensure all training content is clear, accessible, and aligned with company branding and quality standards.
    • Conduct periodic reviews of existing content to ensure it remains relevant and engaging.

    • Ensure that all training programs meet legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
    • Manage the development and administration of employee certification programs, ensuring that required certifications are maintained and tracked.
    • Coordinate with compliance officers to integrate legal or regulatory updates into the training curriculum.

Key Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, business, or a related field. A master’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing online training or e-learning programs, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • Proven track record of working with learning management systems (LMS) and other e-learning platforms.
    • Experience in instructional design and adult learning theory.
    • Prior experience leading remote teams is highly desirable.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
