About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Program Development and Design:
Create and structure online training programs tailored to meet client objectives and learner needs.
Design engaging, interactive, and results-driven content, incorporating multimedia elements and innovative instructional methods. - Implementation and Execution:
Manage the end-to-end deployment of training programs on digital learning platforms.
Ensure a seamless learner experience through meticulous planning and execution. - Technology and Platform Management:
Evaluate and select appropriate e-learning platforms, tools, and software for high-quality training.
Oversee the integration of learning management systems (LMS) and troubleshoot technical challenges. - Team Coordination and Leadership:
Lead a team of instructional designers, subject matter experts, and technical support personnel.
Foster collaboration and maintain clear communication among team members to meet project milestones. - Performance Monitoring and Analytics:
Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of training programs.
Analyze learner feedback, engagement data, and performance outcomes to identify areas for improvement. - Stakeholder Engagement:
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align training objectives with organizational goals.
Provide regular updates and progress reports to ensure transparency and accountability. - Quality Assurance:

Skills and Qualifications

Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and e-learning methodologies.

Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms. - Technical Expertise:
Familiarity with video editing tools, multimedia production, and virtual collaboration software.
Understanding of adult learning principles and trends in online education. - Experience:
Proven experience in managing online training programs, preferably in a remote setting.
