Your role will also involve maintaining content accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across our digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development:
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop and implement a comprehensive web content strategy that aligns with business goals and drives user engagement.
- Conduct content audits to assess the current state of our web content, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure timely updates and consistently deliver fresh, relevant content.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Write, edit, and proofread high-quality web content, including blog posts, product descriptions, landing pages, FAQs, and other digital assets.
- Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice, style guidelines, and messaging.
- Work with designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly web pages.
- Optimize content for SEO, incorporating relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and other on-page SEO elements.
- Monitor and update content regularly to reflect changes in product offerings, industry trends, and user feedback.
- Content Optimization and SEO:
- Conduct keyword research to identify and incorporate relevant search terms into content to improve organic search rankings.
- Analyze website performance metrics, such as page views, bounce rates, and conversion rates, to measure the effectiveness of content and make data-driven decisions.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance website visibility, increase organic traffic, and improve user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing strategies.
- Content Governance and Compliance:
- Establish and maintain content governance policies to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Oversee the content review and approval process to ensure all web content meets quality and error-free standards.
- Follow WCAG guidelines and best practices to ensure that web content is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
- Content Performance Analysis:
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Generate regular reports on content performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize content for better engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content-driven campaigns that support lead generation and customer retention efforts.
- Collaboration and Communication:

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in web content management, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of creating and managing successful web content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
