- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for staff.
- Scheduling and Resource Allocation:
- Oversee the creation of staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all operational hours while considering employee preferences and compliance with labor laws.
- Utilize workforce management software to optimize shift assignments and resource allocation.
- Monitor real-time workload fluctuations and adjust schedules proactively to maintain service levels.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a remote team of workforce coordinators and analysts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Compliance and Best Practices:

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Masterโs degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in workforce management, preferably in a remote or online environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
