    • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development opportunities for staff.
  3. Scheduling and Resource Allocation:
    • Oversee the creation of staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all operational hours while considering employee preferences and compliance with labor laws.
    • Utilize workforce management software to optimize shift assignments and resource allocation.
    • Monitor real-time workload fluctuations and adjust schedules proactively to maintain service levels.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate a remote team of workforce coordinators and analysts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in workforce management, preferably in a remote or online environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
