Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Organizational Development Specialist to join our team remotely. As an integral part of the Human Resources and Organizational Development departments, you will lead initiatives designed to foster organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and drive the organizationโ€™s growth. Key Responsibilities

Organizational Assessment and Diagnosis

  • Conduct thorough organizational assessments, leveraging data and employee feedback to identify areas of improvement in structure, processes, culture, and overall efficiency.
  • Use diagnostic tools, surveys, interviews, and focus groups to evaluate employee satisfaction, team dynamics, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with leaders to pinpoint gaps in organizational capabilities, and present findings with actionable recommendations.

Change Management

  • Develop and lead change management strategies that support organizational transformation initiatives.
  • Guide leadership teams on best practices for managing change to ensure smooth transitions.

Leadership Development
