Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Remote Agile Business Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will work closely with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, facilitate Agile processes, and provide actionable insights that help drive project success. Key Responsibilities

  • Work with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and challenges and identify opportunities to implement Agile practices that enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Work closely with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs, ensuring that features and user stories are well-defined, clear, and actionable.
  • Develop and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and other Agile documentation to support project delivery.
  • Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations that enhance project efficiency and overall business performance.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback, collaboration, and innovation within Agile teams.
  • Conduct regular reviews of Agile processes and practices, providing feedback to teams and stakeholders to ensure adherence to Agile principles.
  • Assist clients in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of Agile initiatives and track progress over time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and UX/UI, to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to clients and team members on Agile methodologies and best practices, supporting their adoption of Agile frameworks.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate project status, progress, and key insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging Agile practices, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality of analysis and recommendations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years working in an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and the ability to apply these practices to real-world projects.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Proficiency in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and other Agile documentation to support project delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
