Naukri Mitra seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Remote AI-assisted medical Transcriptionist to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Transcription of Medical Records: Accurately transcribe dictations, including medical histories, physical examinations, operative reports, consultations, discharge summaries, and other medical documentation, utilizing AI-assisted software.
- Proofreading and Editing: Review AI-generated transcriptions for accuracy, ensuring proper use of medical terminology, spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all transcriptions meet the standards for quality and compliance, following the guidelines set by regulatory bodies and healthcare facilities.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Professionals: Liaise with healthcare providers when necessary to clarify discrepancies or ensure the accuracy of medical information, demonstrating a commitment to confidentiality and privacy.
- Utilization of AI Tools: Work efficiently with AI-based transcription tools to enhance productivity, making appropriate adjustments to AI-generated transcripts when needed.
- Record Maintenance: Ensure all documentation is filed appropriately and securely within the digital record-keeping system, safeguarding patient information and maintaining strict confidentiality.

Required Qualifications:
- Educational Background: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A certification in medical transcription or healthcare documentation is preferred.
- Medical Terminology Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and pharmacology.
- Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in medical transcription or a related field is required. Prior experience with AI-assisted transcription tools is highly advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using transcription software, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital record management systems. Experience with AI-powered tools for medical transcription is a plus.
- Typing Skills: Exceptional typing speed and accuracy. The ability to transcribe audio recordings with minimal errors is essential.
