Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and analytical AI/ML Business Analyst to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for implementing AI and machine learning solutions, analyze business data, and develop actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives and identify opportunities for implementing AI/ML solutions.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that can be addressed using AI/ML technologies.
• Work closely with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and ensure successful implementation of AI/ML initiatives.
• Develop use cases and business cases for AI/ML projects, demonstrating the value and impact of these initiatives on business outcomes.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging AI/ML trends, technologies, and best practices that can drive innovation for clients.
• Data analysis tools and techniques extract insights from structured and unstructured data, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations communicating key findings and insights to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist clients in developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI/ML initiatives and track progress over time.
• We provide clients with actionable recommendations based on data analysis and AI/ML insights, helping them make informed decisions that drive growth and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging AI/ML technologies, and best practices for data science and business analysis.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings to gather business requirements, develop solutions, and foster innovation.
• Document AI/ML project processes, methodologies, and outcomes to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a similar role involving AI/ML projects.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, technologies, and use cases, including supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and working with machine learning models.
• Experience creating impactful visual reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions using AI/ML.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools, such as SAP BusinessObjects or SAS.

• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and experimental design to measure the impact of AI/ML initiatives.
