💼 About the Role

As a key contributor on our cross-functional immersive tech team, you’ll craft intuitive and engaging AR/VR experiences across industries—from virtual collaboration tools to remote training simulations. You will work remotely with an empathetic and respectful team that understands the value of every voice. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities

🎯 Building Immersive Applications

• Develop and maintain high-performance AR and VR applications across major platforms (Oculus, HoloLens, Magic Leap, etc.)
• Design interactive 3D experiences using Unity or Unreal Engine, blending functionality and user-centric design
• Optimize real-time rendering performance, ensuring seamless experiences even on limited hardware

🤝 Collaboration and Co-Creation

• Work closely with UX researchers, 3D artists, and accessibility advocates to deliver impactful virtual experiences
• Participate in agile ceremonies, actively sharing insights that improve both code quality and team cohesion
• Contribute to a psychologically safe team space where people from all walks of life feel welcome

🎓 Qualifications & Preferred Experience

✅ Core Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience building AR or VR applications
• Solid understanding of 3D mathematics, real-time graphics, and object-oriented programming
• Hands-on experience with Unity or Unreal in a production environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit

• Familiarity with accessibility standards in immersive environments
• Experience with spatial audio and haptic feedback systems
• Prior work on multiplayer or networked immersive applications
