Position Overview:

We seek an experienced and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Remote BI Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain BI solutions that support our organization's data-driven decision-making processes. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data visualization tools. Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract data from various sources, transform it according to business rules, and load it into data warehouses or other storage solutions.
    • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and performance of ETL processes.

    • Created and maintained data models representing business processes and supporting reporting and analysis needs.
    • Develop and optimize database schemas, tables, and relationships to enhance data retrieval and reporting performance.
  4. Report and Dashboard Development:
    • Designed and developed interactive reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
    • Ensure reports and dashboards are user-friendly, provide actionable insights, and meet business requirements.
  5. Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor and optimize the performance of BI solutions, including reports, dashboards, and ETL processes.
    • Implement best data retrieval, processing, and presentation practices to deliver timely and accurate information.
  6. Documentation and Training:
    • Created and maintained comprehensive documentation for BI solutions, including design specifications, data definitions, and user guides.
    • Provide training and support to end-users on how to use BI tools and interpret data insights effectively.

  • Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and database management (e.g., SQL, Oracle, or similar technologies).
