Key Responsibilities: Building Financial Bridges Across Cultures

Loan Origination & Client Communication

• Assist borrowers in navigating the loan steps using English and a second supported language.
• Conduct comprehensive loan consultations via phone, video call, and secure online platforms.
• Assess creditworthiness and ensure all documentation is complete, compliant, and client-friendly

Relationship Management

• Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with diverse clients
• Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants from application to funding
• Provide culturally informed financial education and proactive status updates

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain accurate loan records and ensure compliance with industry standards and federal regulations.
• Uphold bilingual communication standards to ensure clarity and legal alignment in every interaction.
• Collaborate with legal and underwriting teams to verify documentation in both languages as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate with underwriters, processors, and servicing teams to ensure seamless hand-offs.

Qualifications: What You Bring to the Table

Required:

• Superior speaking and writing abilities in each supported languages

• NMLS license (or willingness to obtain within 60 days of employment)
