Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure high-quality deliverables and professional development.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of data from multiple sources, including financial reports, market trends, and operational metrics, to provide actionable insights.
• I work closely with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and opportunities, providing tailored solutions that support their objectives.
• Develop and implement business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to deliver consistent and high-quality insights to clients.
• Conduct detailed business requirements analysis to support clients' strategic initiatives, including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements documentation.
• Develop business cases for new projects and initiatives, evaluating their potential return on investment (ROI) and impact on business growth.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and functional teams, to drive data-driven decision-making and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Use data visualization tools to create compelling reports and dashboards communicating key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Identify inefficiencies in business processes and provide recommendations for optimization to enhance overall business performance.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis to ensure high-quality analysis and recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings to gather business requirements, develop solutions, and foster innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets and derive meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, or Python to analyze and interpret data.
• Experience creating impactful visual reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables and fostering a positive work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely to stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
• Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, including process mapping, gap analysis, and requirements gathering.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience in technology, healthcare, finance, or manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with business intelligence platforms, such as SAP BusinessObjects or SAS.
• Experience in strategic planning, financial modeling, and forecasting to provide data-driven recommendations.
