Role Overview

As a Remote Business Systems Analyst, you will evaluate business processes, identify needs, and develop strategies to maximize efficiency and improve productivity. You will work closely with stakeholders from different business units, analyze business requirements, and collaborate with development teams to deliver effective technology solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Business Analysis: Understand and analyze business requirements from stakeholders across different departments, translate them into functional specifications, and document detailed workflows.
• System Evaluation: Thoroughly analyze current processes, data flows, and user interactions to assess current business systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and software developers, to define and develop technology-based solutions that enhance business processes. Design, test, and implement new systems or upgrades.
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technology teams, ensuring that all parties are aligned in their goals and that project requirements are effectively communicated.
• Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyze data to understand key business metrics, identify trends, and support business decisions. Generate insights to guide stakeholders toward data-driven decision-making.
• User Training and Support: Create training materials and conduct training sessions to educate users on new systems, processes, and technology tools. Provide ongoing support to end-users and respond to queries or issues as they arise.
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing system performance, data accuracy, and process efficiency. Stay current on industry best practices and apply innovative approaches to business processes.

Key Qualifications

• Education: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or a similar role, focusing on implementing technology solutions in a corporate environment.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into clear and actionable requirements. Skilled in process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with system development life cycle (SDLC), software development methodologies, and process improvement methodologies. Proficiency with data analysis tools (such as SQL, Power BI, or Excel) is a plus.
• Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Problem-Solving: A strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to efficiently identify and solve complex problems. Keen attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
