Key Responsibilities:

1. Campus Recruitment Strategy:
   • Develop and execute campus recruitment strategies aligned with organizational talent acquisition goals.
   • Research and identify target colleges and universities to establish a strong recruitment pipeline.
   • Build relationships with academic institutions, career services, and faculty members.
2. Engagement with Students:
   • Organize and participate in virtual campus events such as career fairs, webinars, and information sessions.
   • Create engaging presentations and materials to attract top talent from academic institutions.
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for students, addressing inquiries and guiding them through recruitment.
3. Candidate Screening and Selection:
   • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for entry-level roles and internships.
   • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
   • Collaborate with hiring managers to finalize shortlists and manage the selection process.
4. Employer Branding:
   • Promote the company’s brand as an employer of choice among students and academic institutions.
   • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to showcase organizational culture and opportunities.

5. Data Management and Reporting:

6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:

7. Process Optimization:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with virtual event platforms and social media recruitment strategies.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
