Key Responsibilities:

1. Career Coaching and Guidance:
   • Conduct one-on-one coaching sessions with clients to assess their career goals, skills, and aspirations.
   • Develop personalized career action plans that align with clients’ professional objectives and industry trends.
   • Provide actionable advice on resume writing, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles to enhance clients’ job market competitiveness.
2. Job Search Strategy:
   • Assist clients in creating effective job search strategies tailored to their career targets.
   • Teach clients how to network effectively and leverage industry connections to uncover job opportunities.
   • Guide clients through the interview preparation process, including mock interviews and feedback sessions.
3. Career Development Planning:
   • Evaluate clients’ career progress and make recommendations for further skill development and professional growth.
   • Provide insights on emerging trends in the job market and industry-specific advancements.
   • Advise on continuing education opportunities and professional certifications relevant to clients’ career paths.
4. Client Relationship Management:
   • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction and success.
   • Track and report clients’ progress toward their career goals and adjust strategies as needed.
   • Address clients’ concerns and challenges promptly and professionally.
5. Market Research and Analysis:
   • Stay informed about current labor market trends, hiring practices, and industry changes to offer relevant and up-to-date advice.
   • Research various industries and job roles to provide clients with comprehensive career insights.
6. Program Development and Improvement:
   • Contribute to the development and enhancement of career coaching programs and resources.
   • Share feedback and suggestions for improving client services and internal processes.
   • Participate in ongoing professional development to maintain expertise and enhance consulting skills.
7. Administrative Duties:
   • Manage scheduling and conduct remote coaching sessions via video conferencing platforms.
   • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
   • Prepare and submit regular reports on client achievements and program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Career Coach Certification) is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in career counseling, coaching, or related fields. Proven track record of helping clients achieve career goals.
• Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
