Position Overview:

In this role, you will provide expert career coaching and support to clients, helping them navigate their career paths, enhance their skills, and achieve their professional objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Career Coaching and Guidance:
- Provide one-on-one coaching sessions to clients, focusing on career development, job search strategies, and professional growth.
- Assist clients in identifying their career goals, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Develop personalized career action plans and strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
- Offer advice on resume writing, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles to enhance clients' job market competitiveness.
- Client Assessment and Development:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate clients' skills, interests, and career aspirations.
- Analyze clients' career histories and provide constructive feedback to help them refine their career paths.
- Develop and deliver workshops or webinars on career planning, interview techniques, and networking strategies.
- Job Search and Networking Support:
- Guide clients through the job search, including identifying job opportunities, preparing for interviews, and negotiating offers.
- Provide support in building and leveraging professional networks to expand clients' career opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and job market developments to offer relevant advice and insights.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement levels.
- Monitor and track clients' progress toward their career goals and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to help clients stay focused and committed to their career development.
- Administrative and Reporting Duties:
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on client progress and coaching effectiveness.
- Manage scheduling and logistical aspects of coaching sessions to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Career Counseling, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Career Coach) is preferred.
- Proven experience as a career coach, counselor, or similar role with a track record of successful client outcomes.
- Demonstrated expertise in career development, job search strategies, and resume writing.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess clients' needs and develop effective career strategies.
- Proficiency in using coaching tools, platforms, and software for virtual sessions and client management.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple clients and priorities remotely.
